At Our Practice:

- We have credit card & eftpos facilities
- Health rebates are available for some therapies
- Gift Certificates are available for all occasions
- There is ample free car parking within close proximity.

Appointments:
- For your first consultation please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time in order to fill in the appropriate paper work
- For all subsequent appointments please arrive on time
- All appointments are 1hr duration
Cancellation Policy:
We acknowledge that sometimes there is a need to cancel your booking. If you cannot keep your appointment time, or no longer require an appointment ...
- Please call us on 9665 4341 with a minimum of 24 hours notice, not only as a courtesy to the practitioners but as this is the amount of time required to rebook the appointment time with the clients on our waiting list
- We ask you to please understand that should you cancel your booking with less than 24hrs notice, or fail to show up to your appointment, a cancellation fee qual to the full session fee will be charged.
Naturally we do not want to charge you any cancelation fees and so your full cooperation is greatly appreciated.
